I've spent much of my life asleep.

Now I consider myself to be semi-conscious.

Awakening slowly to the beauty and majesty of Spirit.

My Essence...Our Essence.



The paths Home are many and varied.

But they all require Awareness.

for the first time in a very long time,

something blurry

blocking part of your field of vision?



Pay attention to your spiritual Nose.

Follow where it leads.



It will lead you Home.

windswept
alone

you drink in
the essence
of life

movement and shadows
colours deep
permeate
within
you

you glow
with the glory
of this gift...

creation

...the stirrings of your soul
whisper to your heart:

"follow me"

and you rise and soar
through the heavens
across the oceans
and continents

owning none
possessing all

you are life's creation

a gift to the world

rise up and shine

the time has come

carry nothing but
this
peace & beauty

dwell calmly
amidst the noise of the world

your tranquility is within

let it shine

dying to little things
every day
gives a feeling for the

pangs of death and birth

the passing of the old
makes way for the new

depending on the parts of you
you choose to nourish
and the parts
you let die

what remains

will be either

nothing

or

everything

questions and answers
words
are constructs of thought
of the mind

to go beyond the mind...

dwell in the space between thoughts

just be

notice the thoughts

but don't get entangled in their story

watch them come and go

feel the clouds of emotions and physical sensations

feel them

watch them come and go

flux

impermanence

everything that can be experienced
is like this

the space between
is
beyond experience

beyond the small self

it is the point of dissolution

where the small becomes great

where doubt becomes trust

where fear becomes love

in the words of cohen...

"you lose your grip
and then you slip
into the masterpiece"

transcendence
is arrived at
by subtraction
not addition
